Q. How and when will I receive my tracking number?

A. Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.


Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. Preorders may take up to two weeks.   

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

A. All sales are final unless your product was received damaged.


Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

A. Please contact us for exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if your zipper has broken. You will receive one time replacement.  We do not accept items that are washed, or altered. All sales are final.

Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?

A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information. 


Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?

A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.


Q. What method is used for shipping?

A. All packages are shipped by USPS ONLY.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, international shipping can take between 7-21 business days. Also, please see below.


Q. As an international customer, do I have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?

A. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Snatched Fitness & Co.

 A. In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
